Beautiful two-bed apartment in South Bay

Positive: Best apartment in Estepona. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. So spacious and modern. The balcony has a great pool view. Thank you to the hosts. We will be back to stay again! Negative: Nothing it was perfect!

Positive: Super Apartment! Hochwertiges, gepflegtes und sauberes Interieur und Exterieur. Viele Utensilien, die den Urlaub schöner machen. Direkter Ausblick auf den Pool (super, um die Kinder im Blick zu haben). Ein zugewisener Parkplatz. Das ganze Gebäude und Außenbereich wird fast täglich sauber gemacht. In die direkte City muss man etwas gehen, aber für uns war es eine gut tuende Bewegung. Von Estepona waren wir sehr positiv überrascht - es ist weitläufig, ordentlich mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Meer ist ebenfalls sehr schön, aber leider sehr kalt. Abschließend gesagt, dass wir es weiter empfehlen können!

A modern, spacious, well-equipped apartment with a large balcony with great views and facilities. Positive: The apartment is modern, spacious, well equipped and has a large balcony with great views. There is plenty of space for 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for self-catering. The bathrooms have good hot showers, with plenty of towels including beach towels. The pool is a good size and was usually quiet. The aircon is sufficient. The complex is relatively new in an area that is seeing a lot of development. Overall, we were all very pleased with the accommodation. The apartment is on the side of a hill, there’s (152) steps down to a nice park from there you can follow the roads down to the see front. It’s a 10–15-minute walk to the sea front, and 30 minutes to the old town where most shops and restaurants are located. Estepona is a family friendly town with plenty of shops, caffes and restaurants. We found eating out to be good value. The sea front promenade is a lovely walk, it gets busy in the late evening with lots of families and often market stalls – there’s a nice relaxed atmosphere. There’s an Aldi, Lidl, and Mercadona within 5 minutes’ drive. The beach gets busy at weekends but it stretches the whole of Estepona so there’s always space. We had a hire car which we parked in the secure underground car park which was very convenient. There’s loads of places to visit within 1 hours drive such as Marbella, Puerto Banus, Puerto de la Duquesa, Sotogrande, Gibraltar and the Bahia Park water park at Algeciras. Negative: Some considerations: There’s a lot of building work in the area meaning there can be noise and dust and blocked roads. It wasn’t too bad when we were there but given the amount of ongoing work, I expect it could be for some people at times. Walking to old town is downhill or flat, the return walk can be a challenging uphill walk in the heat. We never got a taxi but there were plenty in old town and the port. Restaurants were very busy, you need to book. The apartment has two double beds – if you have two children like us, they will need to share. Having a bed that converted from 2 singles to a double would have provided a better option. The gym isn’t really a gym. It’s a room with running machines, cross trainers, and stationary bikes, but no weights. It’s also very warm.
