Doskonały apartament idealny na rodzinne wakacje
Positive: Czysty i komfortowy apartament z tarasem od strony południowej z widokiem na port i Gibraltar. Doskonale wyposażony, niczego nie brakowało. Wygodne łóżka, podziemny parking, blisko sklepy i restauracje.

We comfortably stayed 1 week end of October and fully enjoyed it.
Positive: Spacy appartment with 2 bathrooms was perfect for our 1 week long stay.
Nice views through the west-side facing balcony - no morning sun heat, but with beautifull evening sunsets. On clear days you can see well Gibraltar Rock.
Appartment and kitchen fully equipped with all you need for a long stay - coffee maker, dishwasher, laundry machine, drying machine.
No any noise from inside the building, perhaps due to our off-peak visiting.
Excellent location - some 20min walking to old town along the promenade. Or there are plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood near by the yacht harbour.
Parking garage with an elevator directly to you floor was perfect, no any stairs.
Parking place I think was good size, not too small as other reviewers were commenting.
Negative: Could be noisy from the street due to daily emptying the recycled glass bins at 6am :) But if you keep closed your windows or use earplugs, then it is fine.
Master bed a bit squeeking even when you turn sides, otherwise confortable enough.
We were a little sceptical due to previous visitors reviews regarding multiple keys and difficulties to find the way from parking to the appartment, but we managed it easily. Just you need to remember - to parking garage you need to go from particular elevator, to level -3. Apartment is located at level 4. Just read the instructions of the housing company. And keep the keys with you when stepping out of the appartment - door will shut automatically!

Excellent accomodation, good location
Positive: Excellent location close to the marina and 20mins walk to the old town/centre.
10/15 min walk to big Carrefour supermarket
Negative: 2nd bedroom a bit noisy from neighbors above

Beautiful views, peaceful,spacious and clean apartment with a pool in the complex
Positive: Perfect location, beautiful views, the apartment complex was peaceful and everyone was friendly. The apartment was spacious,clean and had everything needed. The balcony was amazing with stunning views of the harbour, mountains,city and bullring. Wonderful pool in the apartment complex. Estate agents were very helpful and great communication.
Negative: Everything was perfect
just lots of keys to gain access,maybe could just have some more labelling on them but really wasn’t a problem at all.

Fantastic choice for a central stay in Estepona
Positive: Location and the view was fab, felt safe and secure, very modern and had everything you need. People were very friendly as residential. Letting agent also on the doorstep and super helpful.
Negative: Nothing jumps out.
