Luxury apartment in a vibrant and interesting location Positive: Excellent communication from property management company Alegra Estates including a video showing how to enter the apartment block. Apartment excellent modern, up to date and with excellent facilities. Grateful for electronic shutters and Sun awning over the balcony. Fantastic views over roof tops over to mountains and of the port Negative: It was noisy as on the main road but very quiet in the apartment due to good double glazing and the location is superb. Kitchen chopping boards need replacing and a simple guide to using the air con and television would be helpful. Kitchen hob information booklet seemed to have every language but not English but we managed to use it.

Apartmán je hezký, dobrá dochozí vzdálenost k přístavu a do centra. Hrozné jsou postele. Positive: Apartmán je dobře dispozičně řešený. Pro 4 lidi ideální. Má krásnou velkou terasu. Blízko promenády a starého centra Estepony. Skvělé je parkování přímo v garáži v domě, nemusíte hledat místo na parkování. Negative: Postele v obou pokojích jsou strašné. Jedna deka pro oba - to se ještě dá, ale postele opravdu hodně skřípou a matrace nejsou pohodlné. Apartmán je v 5.patře nad celkem frekventovanou silnicí. Je tam dost hluk.

Very enjoyable, we would recommend staying here. Positive: The apartment was very modern, clean and welcoming. We loved the view from the balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utilities we needed to cook with. We also enjoyed using the pool and loved how close we were to the beach :)
