Stylish flat in perfect location

Alojamiento perfecto para familia Positive: Ubicación perfecta, todo tal y como en las fotos. Comunicación con el personal perfecto. sitio tranquilo y perfecto para una estancia larga con familia Negative: la cuesta que hay, aunque hay varios caminos y al final es factible.

Modern apartment, access to pool in a good location near Estepona Port Positive: The apartment is very modern, comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our 10 day stay and the location was close to the port and the beach and the bus stop. There is quite a steep hill up to the apartment from the port and so this could be something to keep in mind for buggy's / elderly guests etc.. there is however a park behind the apartment with a more gradual slope to get up and down from the property however this does take a little longer and with the heat of the day again is another thing to consider for young children and elderly guests. The public pool at Puerto Blanco was ideal. Plenty of shaded areas, a large pool and a small pool for children and there was a lifeguard on at all times from 11am-7pm. There were plenty of toilets and showers at the pool also so you could easily stay for longer and change facilities for the kids etc... Negative: Everything about the actually apartment was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - just a few things to be mindful of: 1. the location on top of quite a steep hill is something that might not suit all guests. 2. the pool was located at the bottom of the hill and there is no direct access from the apartment to the pool which could be difficult if you have younger children with lots of bags / buggy etc... 3. Finally the pool only opens everyday from 15th June onwards so was only accessible for some of our stay which we were unaware of on booking, also the pool only opens from 11am which for younger guests can be quite a long wait in the morning times.

Negative: W obiekcie były zamontowane 2 kamery. Jedna była w korytarzu, druga w salonie. Posiadamy zdjęcia i film pokazujący to. Byliśmy że schorowanymi rodzicami którzy mieli pierwszy raz zorganizowany przez nas wyjazd wakacyjny i niestety na nasze nieszczęście aby ich nie stresować ( prosili abyśmy tego nie zglaszali) i nie pogarszac stanu zdrowia jednego z rodziców nie zgłosiliśmy sytuacji z kamerami od razu. Byl to nasz blad.Zrobiliśmy to po przyjeździe,niestety za późno jak nam powiedziano. Posiadanie kamer jest niedopuszczalne a pomimo że zgłosiliśmy sytuację do Booking.com nic z tym nie zrobił do tej pory i chyba nie ma zamiaru. Obiekt odmówił rekompensaty i skłamał że nie były to kamery. Kamery uprzykrzyły nam funkcjonowanie i czuliśmy się niekomfortowo.

Great stay .up a steep hill but that didn’t bother us but might not suit everybody Positive: Great location Negative: Nothing

Positive: The views into Estepona were great. Sunrises were terrific. The beds were very comfortable. The washing machine was very handy as were we in the apartment for 2 weeks. Negative: Very steep hill required to climb to access the apartment.
